via iht: Hoover has said that they are getting into the robot vacuum market. This is great news as it should improve the technology and lower the price. The Roomba is great (and has a Tivo/Mac type following), but competition is always good for consumers.

via laurasnyctales: Funny story about a NYC girl who gets Chris Rock’s old cellphone number. Hilarity ensues. This reminds me of something I overheard at a restaurant while playing piano. It seems some guy named Jerry Christ called a cellphone of one of the patrons. The patron didn’t know Jerry, I guess, and his cellphone screen was too small to display the whole number:

RING RING
Patron: I’m not getting that!
Friend: why not?
Patron: would you accept a call from J. Christ?

Guess you had to be there, but it was pretty funny from the piano bench.
