The Big Think

There’s either a mild cold or general allergies around our house the past few days. Erin and I both have the same symptoms (sneezing, watery eyes, drainage, stuffy nose), but neither of us has the run down “sick” feeling, so we think it’s allergies.

I was tired of the congestion so I took one of those “non drowsy” allergy tablets around 5pm. What I failed to realize was “non drowsy” probably meant “stuffed with chemicals to keep you awake”. So I was awake in bed last night until 5am and only slept 3-4 hours or so. Shoulda gone with the “extra drowsy” option.

Got a call today to be an extra on FNL next Tuesday. Don’t have any details yet (aside from the generic role). I’ll probably be that itty bitty spot in the back, but it’s still fun to be on a set and watch the crew work. Now if only I could parley this into a boom job…
